Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates (shown at checkout)

• United States: $5 (Free shipping over $69)
• Israel: $7.95 (Free shipping over $99)
• International (Rest of World): $19 (Free shipping over $119)

Estimated delivery (after shipment)

• United States: typically 7–15 business days
• Israel: typically 14–30 business days
• International: typically 15–45 business days
  Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and seasonal volume.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we’ll email your tracking link once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.

Customs & import fees (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These fees are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.

Delayed or missing packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the following timeframes from shipment, please contact us and we’ll help:

• US: 20 business days
• Israel: 35 business days
• International: 55 business days

Damage / incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
