Return window (14 days)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at info@hom3y.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs

If you received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement or refund.

For all other returns, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
