Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Israel, and international destinations. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.


Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through our supplier and logistics partners. The shipping origin may vary depending on the product and destination.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.


How long will delivery take? (After shipment)

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• Israel: 14–30 business days

• International: 15–45 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and seasonal volume.


Will I receive tracking information?

If tracking is available for your order, we’ll email your tracking link once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes because the order may already be in processing.


Will I be charged customs duties and taxes? (International orders)

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and any customs or handling fees are usually the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices unless explicitly collected at checkout. This aligns with common Incoterms practices (often described as DAP/DDU). 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.


What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the following timeframes from shipment, please contact us and we’ll help:

• US: 20 business days

• Israel: 35 business days

• International: 55 business days


What if my item arrives damaged/incorrect/defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, your order number, and a short description of the issue. We’ll review and offer a resolution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).


How do I return an item?

Please review our Refund Policy and contact us at info@Hom3y.com with your order number to start a return (if eligible).


When will I receive my refund?

Refund timing depends on the payment method and your bank/card issuer. After approval, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
